Hi, I'm Suzanne. I love guiding my female client to reconnect with her best self as we honor and strengthen her mind, body and soul through health and coaching, while having fun in the process. I hold degrees in psychology, religion and education, a life-coach certification from the Coach Diversity Institute (D.C.), and a certification in personal training from A.C.E. I also hold other certifications including nutrition, spin, TRX, yoga and pre- and post-natal training. My resume includes training/instructing at the renowned Four Seasons Hotel & Resorts, leading 100s in outdoor bootcamps and coaching runners.
